Lapworth Associates require a 500 GBP deposit on placement of order, payable to Lapworth Associates Ltd. Deposit payments can be made by personal cheque, bankers draft, building society cheque or by electronic transfer. The balance to be paid at point of delivery or collection less any deposit by the following methods, bankers draft, building society cheque or electonic transfer.

Absolutely, when you car is ready we call you and tell you it is available for collection. Whether you pick your car up from one of our compounds or directly from our office we recommend that all of our customers come and have a look at their car. Only if you are happy with it do you pay the balance and drive it away. If you have a change or heart you can walk away, your deposit is fully refundable.

Under Article 85 of the Treaty of Rome it stipulates that you as a private person or company of any E.E.C member country have the legal right to purchase any goods anywhere within the community at the most advantageous price. At present the E.E.C Commission is actively monitoring the various manufacturers to make sure they comply with the law and do not impose any illegal obstacles in the way of buyers.

If you ever have a problem, call us we have a very good relationship with our dealers.

All cars supplied by Lapworth Associates come with two or three years manufacturer warranty, which is classed as pan-European; it is valid in any country within Europe. This is fully applicable throughout the UK and European dealer network supporting the relevant manufacturer. A manufacturer's dealer franchise has to service their products, regardless of the country of origin. In addition to this European Law governs the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer and the European Commission work closely together to ensure a fair pricing & service structure.

All cars supplied by Lapworth Associates can be serviced at your local main dealer service agent. They will be happy to undertake servicing & general maintenance of your vehicle.
